Description
A user can select to receive their forgotten pin via email. On successfully entering an email address and account ID, the system will send the pin via email. The system verifies the account ID and email address before this is completed. Where an error is made a counter is incremented, and where this counter exceeds the maximum number of errors the account is suspended.
