A user will have the ability to log off the system once they have logged on.
Once they log off, they will be re-directed to the homepage. Note that abnormal termination of the session (e.g. connection is lost, shutting down of all browser windows, etc) will result in having the user automatically logged off the site or when they successfully log into the site again. The logout option is only available within the header of the logged in site.
